About The School
The School is located in Surry Hills, near the Sydney CBD, and provides individual sessions in the Alexander Technique.
The Director of the School, Terry Fitzgerald, has taught the Alexander Technique since 1978 and is a Member of the Australian Society of Teachers of the Alexander Technique (AUSTAT).

The Alexander Technique has been supported throughout the past century by leaders in the field of mind/body medicine, behavioral science and philosophy. Clinical studies have shown that the Alexander Technique improves breathing quality and posture and also modifies stress responses.
