Lessons

Through individual sessions (one to one) at the Sydney Alexander School you can learn to recognise and let go of unwanted habitual movement patterns and stress reactions. You will also be taught simple procedures to facilitate your progress and help you stay comfortable.

Individual sessions usually last 30 to 40 minutes. They may be booked from Monday to Friday 8.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m., and Saturday 9.00 a.m. to 3.00 p.m. Small group sessions may also be arranged.
